022-10046-000 is a Yk 022-series manual refrigerant isolation ball valve.
Designed specifically for maintenance shut-off in refrigeration systems, this valve features a one-piece brass body and a 90° quick-opening ball core, with ODF copper tube brazing connections. It is installed on refrigerant lines associated with condensers, evaporators, filter driers, and compressor inlets/outlets. During unit maintenance, refrigerant recovery, or component replacement, it completely isolates the flow medium, enabling sectional isolation and pressure relief while preventing refrigerant leakage and air contamination within the system. It is an essential pipeline isolation component for the refrigeration circuits of water-cooled screw chillers and magnetic-bearing centrifugal chillers.

The valve provides a complete seal on both high- and low-pressure sides regardless of flow direction. Installation is not restricted by orientation, offering greater flexibility and a higher tolerance for errors during on-site installation.
4. Refrigerant-Resistant Sealing Across a Wide Temperature Range
Equipped with specialized refrigeration-grade NBR sealing rings, the valve maintains its integrity—resisting hardening, shrinkage, and leakage—under conditions ranging from low-temperature refrigerants at -40°C to high-temperature discharge gas at 120°C.
