The 024-36133-002 is a dedicated IGBT variable-frequency drive board for Yk's 2HP variable-speed oil pump. It is compatible with YK and YKK magnetic-bearing centrifugal chillers as well as centrifugal refrigeration compressors used in the propylene industry, serving as the core power control board for the lubrication system.
The board receives oil pressure commands via the CAN bus from the YMC2 main controller and dynamically adjusts the oil pump speed using PWM variable-frequency control to stabilize the oil supply pressure. It integrates an IGBT power module, voltage/current sensing, multiple hardware protection mechanisms, and dual-channel CAN communication to execute comprehensive logic functions, including adaptive oil pressure control, speed ramping for cold oil at low temperatures, load reduction at high temperatures, and fault reporting. If the board fails, the system cannot build oil pressure, and the compressor interlock prevents startup; the unit must be replaced in its entirety, as the power chips cannot be repaired individually.

3. Multiple hardware fault interlocks to prevent major damage to the main unit
In the event of pump rotor blockage, drive overcurrent, communication loss, or IGBT overheating, the system immediately cuts off pump output and reports the fault; the compressor is interlocked to prevent operation, thereby eliminating the risks of dry running (lack of oil) and bearing shell burnout.
4. Dual CAN bus bidirectional data exchange for precise unit monitoring
Real-time data—including pump speed, output current, board temperature, and fault codes—is transmitted to the YMC2 main controller; maintenance personnel can view the lubrication system’s operating status directly on the touchscreen, eliminating the need for additional testing instruments.
5. Industrial-grade compatibility with wide voltage and temperature ranges, ensuring stable operation in chemical plants and data centers
Designed for a wide temperature range (-40°C to +55°C) and wide voltage range (380V to 600V), the system adapts to harsh conditions such as cold northern winters and the high-temperature, high-oil-mist environments of chemical workshops, ensuring continuous, drift-free 24-hour operation.
