The oil pump runs for 120 seconds upon power-up to establish oil pressure before the compressor starts; during low-load operation or when the compression pressure differential is insufficient, the system automatically initiates oil replenishment to maintain standard lubrication pressure, preventing dry friction or scoring of rotors and bearings.
115V standard electrical control, perfectly matched to the 30HXC unit’s control logic
The main controller includes built-in oil pump start/stop logic; it automatically retries up to three times if oil pressure is insufficient and triggers an alarm/shutdown if low pressure persists, eliminating the need for control system modifications.
