The 19XB660003 is a dedicated cable assembly for pressure transducers—often mistakenly referred to in the industry as a temperature sensor. It is a three-core shielded cable designed for use with the HK05YZ series of high/low-pressure electronic transducers (HK05YZ001C low-pressure, HK05YZ100D medium-pressure, and HK05YZ007 high-pressure) found on Carrier 30HXC/30HXY water-cooled screw chillers and first-generation 19XL/19XR single-stage centrifugal chillers.
One end features a black, waterproof, three-pin Packard male connector that mates with the pressure transducer, while the other end has three color-coded bare terminals that connect to the analog input terminals of the unit's CCM/UCP main controller. The cable transmits DC 5V power, a 0.5–4.5V analog pressure signal, and a shield ground; it is fully shielded to resist electromagnetic interference from variable frequency drives (VFDs). Damage to the harness or corrosion of the connector can directly result in high/low-pressure transducer faults, pressure reading drift, or unit shutdowns triggered by false high-pressure protection alarms.
