The TDR00354 is a high-pressure refrigerant pressure transmitter designed for Trane CVHE, CVHG, CDHF, and CVGF water-cooled centrifugal chillers. Featuring an integrated design with a stainless steel diaphragm, it is installed on the high-pressure liquid line of the condenser to monitor the absolute pressure of R134a or R1234ze refrigerant on the condensing side in real time. It outputs a standard linear analog signal to the main controller for use in closed-loop inlet guide vane (IGV) modulation, high-pressure protection, and chiller energy efficiency calculations. Issues such as diaphragm corrosion, internal circuit damage, or oxidation caused by water ingress into the connector can result in pressure readings dropping to zero or hitting full-scale, random high-pressure trips, failure of the IGVs to load properly, and insufficient cooling capacity; it is a critical sensor component for the routine maintenance of Trane centrifugal chillers.

Typical product failure symptoms:
1. High-pressure reading on the operation panel is stuck at 0 PSI or full-scale (475 PSI) with no dynamic fluctuation; the compressor fails to start.
2. Pressure readings are distorted (abnormally low or high); inlet guide vane control logic malfunctions, leading to frequent unit surging and high-pressure protection trips.
