Precautions for product installation and replacement:
1. Completely disconnect power to both the 380V power circuit and the 24V control circuit; wait for capacitors to fully discharge, as static electricity can easily damage the MCU chip.
2. Before disassembly, take clear photos to document the wiring sequence of ribbon cables and green terminal blocks; incorrect wiring will destroy the module and the CH530 main controller.
3. Clean oil residue and metal dust from the interior of the electrical control cabinet; dust accumulation on circuit boards can cause terminal short circuits and accelerate capacitor aging.
4. Tighten the four corner screws evenly to avoid uneven pressure that could crack the PCB traces.
5. Route power load cables separately from the thin CH communication wires to minimize electromagnetic interference.
6. Perform a no-load test on the oil pump, air pump, and solenoid valves; ensure stable start-stop operation for 30 minutes without triggering overload or communication fault alarms.
