The MOD01401 is an original high-power relay output module manufactured by Trane (Johnson Controls). Commonly referred to as the "Oil Pump / Load Drive Board," it serves as a core control and execution board for managing the unit's high-power loads.
Compatible with Trane UC800, CH530, and UCP2 control systems, this module is specifically designed for the direct driving of high-power AC loads—such as compressor oil pumps, cooling water pumps, cooling tower fans, and heaters—enabling start/stop control, overload protection, and status feedback. Widely utilized in Trane centrifugal and screw chiller units, it serves as a critical execution component during both the startup and operational phases of the equipment.

Common Product Faults and Replacement Criteria
1. Oil pump fails to start / Unresponsive: Burnt relay contacts, missing control signal, control board power supply failure, load short circuit;
