Automatically activates when the high-pressure side of the water-cooled screw system reaches 1.6 MPa; rapidly releases excess refrigerant to maintain chamber pressure within safe limits, preventing safety incidents such as the bursting or explosion of copper piping and heat exchangers.
Long-lasting, Zero-leakage PTFE Seal
Unlike NBR rubber, the PTFE seal offers high-temperature resistance and immunity to swelling caused by R134a refrigerant; it ensures no micro-leakage during prolonged static periods, preventing slow refrigerant loss while the unit is shut down and pressurized.
Full-lift, High-flow Relief Design
Features a DN20 bore that opens fully the instant overpressure occurs, providing sufficient flow capacity to eliminate the risk of sustained overpressure conditions where relief might otherwise fail.
Vertical Unidirectional Installation; No Backflow
The valve body permits fluid discharge only in the upward direction; the spring automatically resets and closes the valve after relief is complete, maintaining system sealing post-shutdown and preventing refrigerant backflow.
