1. Precise Temperature Acquisition
It monitors—in real-time—the outlet and inlet temperatures of chilled water/cooling water, refrigerant pipe temperatures, and heat exchanger temperatures, providing critical temperature feedback signals to the control system.

Working in conjunction with the unit’s control board, it regulates compressor load, electronic expansion valve opening, pump frequency, and fan speed to stabilize water outlet temperatures and enhance cooling/heating efficiency.

Upon detecting excessive high or low temperatures, as well as sensor short circuits or open circuits, it immediately triggers safeguards such as anti-freeze protection, high-temperature protection, low/high-pressure alarms, and compressor overheat protection, thereby preventing equipment burnout.
4. Ensuring Stable Operation
It resolves issues stemming from temperature signal drift and significant measurement errors—including temperature control fluctuations, frequent start-stops, reduced energy efficiency, increased energy consumption, and false alarms—thereby ensuring the stable operation of the system.
