Product Installation Instructions and Precautions
1. Before installation, you must verify that the refrigeration system has been completely depressurized and the unit’s power supply has been disconnected. Installation or removal while the system is under pressure or energized is strictly prohibited to prevent personal injury from high-pressure refrigerant jets and to avoid the risk of electrical short circuits.
2. During installation, strictly avoid using tools to directly strike or impact the sensor probe or its sensitive components; doing so may damage the internal diaphragm and result in monitoring failure.
3. When performing threaded installation, carefully control the tightening torque. Overtightening can easily damage the interface threads, while insufficient tightening may lead to refrigerant leakage. After installation, a pressure-holding test must be conducted to confirm that the seal is leak-free.
4. Cables must be routed away from high-temperature components and strong sources of electromagnetic interference (such as large motors or transformers) to prevent signal interference, cable degradation, and measurement inaccuracies.
5. Operation beyond the specified measurement range is strictly prohibited. Subjecting the sensor to sustained pressures exceeding 20 bar can lead to fatigue of the elastic elements, reduced accuracy, or even permanent damage.
6. During maintenance, strictly avoid using hard objects or steel wire brushes to clean the probe. It is recommended to gently wipe the probe with anhydrous ethanol to prevent damage to the sensing diaphragm.
7. The temperature of the measured medium must not exceed the range of -40°C to +125°C. In high-temperature environments, a heat-dissipation device must be installed to prevent temperature excursions from damaging the sensor.
The storage environment must be kept dry, dust-free, and free of corrosive gases to prevent moisture-induced oxidation of the interface and components, which could compromise the product’s service life.
