It is specifically designed for screw chiller units utilizing eco-friendly HFC refrigerants—such as R134a, R407C, R410A, and R404A—and serves as the factory-standard fill and the sole designated maintenance oil for Trane compressor series including the RTAC, RTWD, and RTHD.

Forms a robust and stable oil film under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, coating friction surfaces—such as bearings, rotors, vanes, and gears—to reduce wear by over 80%, thereby preventing sintering and seizing.
Its ISO 68 viscosity is perfectly matched to screw compressors operating under 25–100% load conditions; it remains sufficiently viscous at low speeds and does not become excessively thick at high speeds, ensuring optimal lubrication efficiency.
2. Refrigerant Miscibility and Stable Circulation (Critical Function)
The POE-based formulation is 100% miscible with HFC refrigerants, ensuring no phase separation or precipitation occurs, and preventing blockages in pipelines, filters, and expansion valves.
Circulating alongside the refrigerant, the oil simultaneously lubricates the compressor, cools the motor, seals internal clearances, and dampens noise, thereby guaranteeing system stability across all operating conditions.

Key Points for Product Installation and Maintenance
1. Storage and Handling
Store in a sealed, cool, and dry place; avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity.
Use the product within one month of opening; any remaining oil must be kept tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption.
2. Oil Filling Procedures
Shut down the equipment, relieve system pressure, and disconnect/lock out power to ensure safety.
Fill via the compressor’s oil filling port; maintain the oil level between 1/2 and 2/3 of the sight glass (while the unit is running).
Do not mix different types or grades of oil. Ensure that all oil-filling tools are clean and dry to prevent the ingress of impurities or moisture.
3. Oil Change Procedure
Recover the refrigerant and drain the old oil.
Replace the oil filter and the dryer filter.
Fill with new oil up to the specified level.
Evacuate the system (pull a vacuum), perform a pressure hold test, and recharge the refrigerant.
Start the unit and monitor the oil level, oil temperature, oil pressure, for any abnormal noises, or leaks.
