The unit controller collects operational data, such as the temperature and pressure at the evaporator inlet and outlet;

Using specific algorithms, the controller calculates the required refrigerant flow rate and transmits a stepper motor drive signal to the valve;

The stepper motor within the valve body receives the signal and drives the valve spool to move, thereby altering the flow area of ​​the valve orifice;

High-pressure liquid refrigerant undergoes throttling and pressure reduction, entering the evaporator in a low-pressure, atomized state to complete the flow matching required for the refrigeration cycle.
