1. High-Side Pressure Monitoring
Detects compressor discharge pressure / condenser high pressure; triggers a high-pressure alarm and unit shutdown if the pressure exceeds the limit (> 275 psi).
2. Lubrication Oil Pressure Monitoring
Monitors the oil supply pressure of the 06N compressor in real-time; triggers low oil pressure protection (< 30 psi) to prevent bearing seizure.
3. Capacity and Energy Efficiency Control
The main controller adjusts the slide valve opening and fan speed based on pressure signals to stabilize high-side pressure and oil pressure.
4. Fault Diagnosis
Reports a sensor fault and locks out unit startup in the event of signal anomalies (open circuit / short circuit / signal drift).
