1. Installation Location: Position in an area with adequate water flow (mid-pipe section or water tank), avoiding dead zones. Ensure an immersion depth of ≥50 mm, or mount flush against the pipe wall and apply thermal insulation.
2. Wiring Specifications: For the 2-core shielded cable, ground the shielding layer at one end only. Align the connector plug with the latch, insert firmly, and secure for waterproofing.
3. Resistance Verification (at standard ambient temperature of 25°C): Standard value ≈ 1097 Ω; at 0°C ≈ 1000 Ω; at 100°C ≈ 1385 Ω.
4. Post-Replacement Calibration: Power on the device to verify that the temperature display is stable, no alarms are triggered, and the temperature control system is functioning correctly.
