Precise Pressure Control: Designed for high precision and high dirt-holding capacity, the filter exhibits extremely low pressure drop during normal operation (<0.5 bar), ensuring stable oil pump output pressure and adequate oil supply to all lubrication points.
Clog Pre-Warning: As the pressure differential across the oil filter gradually rises, the system provides a timely alert for replacement, preventing issues such as insufficient oil supply (due to excessive pressure drop), elevated bearing temperatures, and subsequent unit load reduction or shutdown.
3. Extends Oil Lifespan: Minimizing Oil Degradation and System Contamination
Inhibits Sludge Formation: Filters out catalytic impurities within the oil, thereby retarding the oxidation, acidification, and deterioration of the refrigeration oil, and extending the oil change interval (typically from 1–2 years to 2–3 years).
