Product Installation, Maintenance, and Replacement
1. Installation
Location: Mount vertically inside the electrical cabinet, away from high-power components (contactors, transformers).
Wiring: Connect 24VAC power, sensors, and communication cables to their corresponding terminals; ensure all connections are securely fastened and free of looseness.
Grounding: Ensure reliable grounding to prevent electrical leakage and minimize interference.
2. Maintenance
Every 6 Months: Clean dust and oil residue from the mainboard; inspect wiring terminals; measure power supply voltage.
Annually: Perform firmware updates (if required); back up parameters/programs; conduct aging tests.
After a Fault: First, troubleshoot the sensors, wiring, and power supply; only then proceed to replace the mainboard to prevent secondary damage.
