The main controller detects anomalies—such as open circuits, short circuits, or resistance values outside the standard range—and reports a water temperature sensor fault. The unit shuts down under load-limiting protocols, enabling rapid identification of wiring or probe failures.

Direct contact with the water eliminates thermal conduction losses caused by pipe-wall scale, resulting in lower measurement error—ideal for the high-precision temperature control requirements of water-cooled units.

Product Installation and Precautions:
Disconnect power to the entire unit and wait for the main control capacitors to fully discharge before connecting or disconnecting plugs; static electricity can easily damage the motherboard’s data acquisition chip.
Drain any accumulated water or scale from the temperature-sensing thermowell and fully insert the probe rod to the bottom of the well to ensure adequate contact with the water.
Apply a thin layer of refrigeration-grade sealant to the threads; do not use excessive PTFE tape, as loose fragments can jam the probe rod and cause inaccurate temperature readings.
Route the wiring harness away from variable frequency drives (VFDs) and high-power contactor busbars, and keep it clear of high-temperature heat sources to prevent insulation degradation.
Ensure waterproof plugs are fully inserted and the locking clips are secured to prevent condensation from seeping in and corroding internal terminals.
Power on the unit and monitor the panel display to ensure the water temperature changes steadily in response to system load and that no sensor fault alarms occur.
