The 331-03478-101 is the I/O Main Control Board (Input/Output Control Board) for York’s large-scale screw chiller series (YS, YEW, and YEA). Serving as the unit’s "system interface and signal hub," it is responsible for collecting sensor data, driving actuators, managing safety protections, and handling communication and interlocking controls for the entire unit. This component is a brand-new, genuine OEM core electrical board for York screw chillers; it comes pre-programmed and is designed for direct replacement.

1. Comprehensive System Signal Acquisition and Processing
Acquires critical signals such as evaporation/condensation pressure, chilled/cooling water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, discharge temperature, water flow switch status, oil pressure differential switch status, and safety valve status;
Performs signal filtering, amplification, A/D conversion, and data packaging for transmission to the main controller or control panel.
2. Actuator Driving and Interlock Control
Drives the compressor contactor, oil pump, cooling/chilled water pumps, cooling tower fans, oil circuit solenoid valves, and refrigerant solenoid valves;
Implements startup interlocks, anti-surge protection, oil pressure protection, high-temperature protection, water flow protection, and overload protection.
3. Communication and Data Exchange
Establishes real-time communication with York OptiView/EXV panels, compressor drive boards, and expansion boards;
Supports remote monitoring, parameter reading/writing, fault reporting, and firmware upgrades.
4. Fault Diagnosis and Protective Actions
Monitors over 150 parameters in real-time to detect sensor failures, wiring errors, actuator malfunctions, and communication interruptions;
Generates alarm outputs, initiates fault locking, and executes safe shutdowns to prevent secondary damage.
