3. Bidirectional Bus Feedback and Rapid Fault Diagnosis
Beyond receiving start/stop commands, the module monitors the on/off status of output circuits in real-time. The main control panel can directly read module faults and load open/short circuit alerts, significantly reducing troubleshooting and maintenance time.

Common product faults:
1. Unit fails to initiate startup sequence; main controller reports loss of communication with the output board
Bus communication chip burnout or connector oxidation/open circuit prevents the main controller from issuing start/stop commands, rendering both compressors and fans unable to start.
2. Compressor fails to start, but cooling fans operate normally
The Triac corresponding to the compressor circuit has suffered a breakdown or open-circuit failure, causing a single-channel output failure, while the fan circuit remains intact.
3. “Load short-circuit” fault reported immediately upon startup; unit enters lockout protection mode
Internal breakdown/short-circuit of the SCR triggers overcurrent protection the moment power is applied, preventing the unit from starting.
4. Disordered start/stop sequencing for fans and compressors; simultaneous power-up causes frequent circuit breaker tripping
Internal timing logic chip failure prevents staggered time-delay startup; excessive instantaneous inrush current causes the breaker to trip.
