Real-time monitoring of compressor operating current, winding temperature, and oil pressure differential; triggers protection mechanisms for overcurrent, overload, phase loss, low oil pressure, and high temperature. In the event of a fault, the system shuts down immediately and latches the alarm status.
3. System Status Monitoring and Feedback
Acquires signals regarding compressor operating status, contactor status, power supply voltage, and other parameters; uploads this data to the main controller (CH530/UCP2) via RS485 for display of fault codes (e.g., E47/E49).
4. Interlock Control
Interlocks with fans, oil pumps, and solenoid valves to facilitate power-on self-diagnostics, sequenced startup, and coordinated shutdown in the event of a fault, thereby ensuring overall system safety.

Key Points for Product Installation and Replacement
1.Power-Off Safety Procedures:Before replacement, disconnect both the unit’s main power supply and control power supply. Allow for a discharge period of at least 5 minutes to prevent electric shock and component damage.
2.Wiring Standards:
Power Supply:AC 220V / DC 24V; ensure strict adherence to positive and negative polarity.
Current Sampling:Ensure correct wiring of CT current transformers to avoid open-circuit conditions.
Communication Lines:Verify the correct sequence of RS485 A/B lines, and ground the shielding layer at one end only.
