The 02XR05009501 is a genuine Carrier external lubrication oil filter designed specifically for 19XR, 19XRV, and 19XRM water-cooled centrifugal chillers. The complete assembly comprises a white, seamless steel pressure-resistant housing, an internal pleated fiberglass filter element, and a Viton (fluororubber) O-ring seal. Installed on the main oil supply line from the oil pump, it serves as a critical precision filtration component within the centrifugal chiller's lubrication system. It utilizes an "outside-in" unidirectional flow design; multi-layered imported fiberglass media capture metal wear particles, rust dust, sludge, and carbon deposits from the POE refrigeration oil, ensuring clean lubricant delivery to high-speed spindle bearings, gears, and impellers, thereby preventing particulate matter from scoring the unit's core components.

2. Dual-Layer Galvanized Carbon Steel Support Structure
Inner and outer layers of fully welded galvanized steel mesh sandwich the filter media, withstanding instantaneous pressure surges during oil pump start-stop cycles. This prevents media collapse or flow path obstruction, ensuring stable oil supply flow.
3. Fluid Flow Characteristics
Designed for unidirectional “outside-in” flow, ensuring 100% of the oil passes through the filter media. The initial pressure drop for a new element is <0.2 bar; it maintains consistent pressure without drop-off even under high-flow, fully loaded conditions, preventing low oil pressure alarms or system shutdowns triggered by pressure differential protection.

Common product malfunctions:
