Product Working Principle
1. Forward Flow: When the medium pressure exceeds the sum of the spring force and the opening pressure, the valve disc is pushed open, allowing the medium to flow through smoothly with minimal flow resistance.
2. Reverse Flow: When the medium pressure reverses, the combined force of the spring and the reverse pressure presses the valve disc firmly against the valve seat, creating a zero-leakage seal that completely blocks backflow.
3. Automatic Operation: The valve relies entirely on the differential pressure of the medium for opening and closing; it requires no external power source, offering rapid response and reliable operation.
