Key Points for Product Installation and Maintenance
1. Shut down the unit and recover the refrigerant; close the oil circuit valves; fully depressurize and drain the refrigeration oil from the filter housing to prevent oil spraying.
2. Clean out any residual impurities from the filter housing; discard the old O-ring and use the new sealing ring supplied with the replacement filter element.
3. Apply a thin layer of refrigeration oil to the O-ring for lubrication; tighten the filter housing end cap evenly, avoiding excessive force that could damage the seal.
4. After installation, perform a vacuum process and replenish the oil; start the unit and monitor the oil pressure differential to ensure it remains stable within the standard range without fluctuation.
5. When replacing the filter element, it is recommended to also inspect the complete set of lubrication-related components, including the oil pump, oil pressure differential sensor, and crankcase heater.
