Product Installation and Maintenance:
Installation Location: Compressor lubrication oil lines, oil separator outlets, or oil supply lines (suitable for both horizontal and vertical mounting).
Installation Guidelines:
1. Welded Installation: Use oxygen-free welding to protect the internal filter element.
2. No Flow Direction Markings: Bi-directional compatibility allows for installation without directional restrictions.
3. During Welding: Wrap the valve body with a damp cloth to prevent high temperatures from damaging the molecular sieve.
Replacement Schedule:
1. Mandatory Replacement: Required after new unit commissioning or system maintenance.
2. Routine Operation: Replace every 8,000 to 12,000 hours, or once per year.
3. Immediate Replacement: Required if a drop in oil pressure, rise in oil temperature, abnormal unit noise, or an oil filter fault alarm occurs.
