Product Installation and Maintenance
Installation Location: Bottom of the compressor oil reservoir; within the internal oil filter housing (replace directly by removing the flange cover).
Installation Guidelines:
1. Ensure the unit is shut down, depressurized, and completely drained of residual oil before replacement.
2. Clean the installation cavity and install a brand-new O-ring to ensure a proper seal.
3. Insert the filter element vertically and secure it firmly in place, ensuring it is neither loose nor misaligned.
Replacement Triggers:
1. Routine Maintenance: Annually or every 10,000 operating hours.
2. Abnormal Conditions: Low oil pressure, elevated oil temperature, oil discoloration (blackening), or activation of the unit’s oil filter fault alarm.
3. Mandatory Replacement: Following any system repair, oil change, or internal cleaning procedure.
