The filter media is sandwiched between inner and outer galvanized steel mesh layers that are fully welded at both ends. This structure withstands instantaneous pressure surges during oil pump start-stop cycles, preventing media collapse or flow path obstruction, thereby ensuring stable, undiminished oil supply flow.
3. Fluid Flow Characteristics
The initial pressure drop of a new filter element is less than 0.22 bar. Even under full-load operation in small-to-medium screw compressor units, the pressure drop remains extremely low, avoiding issues such as low oil pressure or system shutdowns triggered by pressure differential alarms.

2. Outer Galvanized Protective Steel Mesh

3. Multi-layer Pleated Fiberglass Filter Element (Filtration Core)
Features an ultra-fine pleated fiberglass filtration layer that purifies refrigeration oil and removes all hard impurities, protecting screw rotors and sliding bearings from particle-induced scoring.
4. Inner Galvanized Support Cylinder
