Product Structure and Working Principle
1. Sensing Probe
The cylindrical probe, encapsulated in 316 stainless steel, houses a high-precision NTC chip. Designed for direct immersion in water or oil media, it exhibits a precise, non-linear change in resistance in response to temperature fluctuations, ensuring rapid response to temperature variations while withstanding various corrosive media.
2. Signal Transmission
Utilizing a double-layer, high-temperature-resistant shielded cable, the system effectively isolates strong electromagnetic interference—typically generated by compressors, frequency converters, and control cabinets—thereby ensuring the stable and distortion-free transmission of temperature signals to the unit’s main control system.
3. Connection Interface
Featuring a waterproof 2-pin connector, the interface is perfectly compatible with York unit control boards. It ensures secure wiring that is resistant to loosening and liquid ingress, offering a “plug-and-play” solution that requires no rewiring or modification.
4. Working Principle
The sensor acquires real-time water and oil temperature data, feeding the corresponding resistance signals back to the unit’s control unit. This data serves as input for core control logic functions, including chilled water temperature regulation, anti-freeze protection, oil cooling adjustment, compressor load control, and safety interlocks.
