Installation and Maintenance Guide
To ensure a safe and efficient installation, please follow the steps below (professional assistance is recommended):
1. Shut down the unit and disconnect the power supply; allow the unit to cool down completely. Close the shut-off valves located at both ends of the oil filter.
2. Connect a hose to the oil drain valve and drain the residual lubricant from the filter into a clean container.
3. Unscrew and remove the old filter. Clean the filter mounting base and install a new O-ring (apply a thin layer of refrigeration oil to the O-ring prior to installation).
4. Install the new Model 02XR05009501 filter. Slowly open the shut-off valves and purge the air from the oil circuit.
5. Start the chiller unit and check for any oil leaks; verify that the oil pressure and temperature are within normal operating ranges. If no anomalies are detected (i.e., no leaks and no overheating alarms), normal operation may be resumed.
