When high pressure approaches warning thresholds, the unit preemptively limits slide valve loading and reduces compressor output. Excessive pressure triggers an interlock shutdown; combined with a mechanical high-pressure switch, this establishes a dual-layer safety protection system.
4. Closed-Loop Load Regulation via Screw Compressor Slide Valve
Linked to the chilled water outlet temperature, the system automatically adjusts the slide valve opening (0–100%) to balance the cooling load against system high-side pressure, minimizing unit surging and drastic fluctuations in high and low pressures.
5. Precise Fault Self-Diagnosis and Reporting
The main controller detects anomalies—such as open circuits, short circuits, or signals outside standard ranges—and reports high-pressure sensor faults. The unit locks out loading operations, enabling rapid identification of wiring or sensor failures.
